Tracking & Delivery Info
Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can then track your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
Delivery Hours
Most deliveries occur during business hours (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri). We recommend providing a work or business address if you won’t be home during the day to avoid a missed delivery card.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcel
Any parcels unclaimed and returned to Authentic Autographs will incur an added postage cost if redelivery is required. If a customer has incorrectly entered their address and a re-delivery is required, added postage costs will apply.
Signature on Delivery
High-value and framed items require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a calling card and the parcel can be collected from your nearest Post Office. Please bring photo ID.
